Ingredients

  • 2 oz of bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice.
  • 0.5 tsp of powdered sugar
  • 0.25 tsp of Pernod or another anisette (maybe some absinthe…)
  • 1 Egg White

Directions

  1. Shake the egg white without any other ingredients
  2. Add the remain ingredients to egg white. Egg white should be foamy.
  3. Shake everything with ice.
  4. Strain into chilled glass with fresh ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice and a few drops of angostura bitters
