Ingredients
- 2 oz of bourbon or rye whiskey
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice.
- 0.5 tsp of powdered sugar
- 0.25 tsp of Pernod or another anisette (maybe some absinthe…)
- 1 Egg White
Directions
- Shake the egg white without any other ingredients
- Add the remain ingredients to egg white. Egg white should be foamy.
- Shake everything with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish with lemon slice and a few drops of angostura bitters
